REFUND POLICY
Our 30-day return policy means that return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your parcel.
Unwanted items
Only items still in perfect condition - with receipt or proof of purchase - will be eligible for return. Items can be returned to our address in person, or by courier, at your own expense.** Once the item has been returned and the condition deemed suitable, we will refund the cost of the product, but not the shipping costs.
Please note: If you qualified for FREE shipping to receive your order, you will be charged for returning the unwanted item.

Damages and incorrect orders

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item. If the item has arrived damaged or misbound, we will replace it with another copy of the same item. If another copy of the same item is not available, we will refund the full amount of purchase. If an item arrives damaged, contact us at rugby@zondagh.com. Please include your order number and pictures of the damage. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We will pay for the return shipping, as well as the shipping of the new copy. Items returned to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned: games, cards, puzzles or stationery that have been opened, as we cannot resell those items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you if the condition is deemed suitable and the return approved. If approved, you will be refunded via EFT. It can take up to 7 working days for your return payment to clear on your bank account. Alternatively, we would be happy to credit your customer account or issue you with a gift card.
Please note: We are unable to do international refunds. We would be happy to credit the amount onto an online gift card/voucher.
